Growth Lead (Growth Team)

Responsibilities:



1 - Communication

- Develop and implement a holistic communication strategy across owned (socials, blog, email), earned (media), and shared (community) channels.

- Own the day-to-day content across X (Twitter), Debank, and other key platforms.

- Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.

- Monitor sentiment and conversations within the community and the broader crypto ecosystem.

- Coordinate crisis communication when needed (e.g., hacks, protocol updates, governance issues).



2 - Partnership

- Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs and influencers across regions, expanding Kyber’s affiliated networks.

- Work with BD and ecosystem teams to create joint announcements, AMAs, and co-branded campaigns.

- Ensure timely alignment of messaging between Kyber and partners in co-marketing materials.



3 - Event & PR

- Plan and execute Kyber’s participation in industry events.

- Build and maintain relationships with Web3 and mainstream media outlets.

- Manage PR campaigns around major protocol launches, governance votes, or ecosystem initiatives.

Requirements



Must have:

- 3+ years of experience in communications, PR, or social media—preferably in Web3, DeFi, or blockchain ecosystems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to craft compelling narratives.

- Strong understanding of crypto-native platforms and culture (X/ Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.).

- Experience working with KOLs, influencers, and media partners in the blockchain space.

- Ability to manage multiple communication threads across campaigns, product updates, and partnerships.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Dune, or community management dashboards.



Nice to have:

- Existing media relationships with crypto publications (CoinDesk, The Block, Bankless, etc.).

- Hands-on experience running co-marketing campaigns or cross-ecosystem collaborations.

- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Twitter Analytics, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
