Google Ads Performance Specialist

• Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.) focused on conversion objectives and revenue growth.

• Analyze campaign data, assess performance, identify insights, and make data-driven optimization decisions.

• Propose growth strategies and scale campaigns with unlimited budgets while ensuring return on investment.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign performance.

• Stay up to date with the latest Google trends, features, and algorithms, and proactively test and implement new strategies.

• Prepare and deliver regular performance and insight reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and optimization opportunities.

• Work independently

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, particularly in performance or conversion-focused campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

• Extra credit for graduates from top local or international universities with strong academic performance.

• Google Ads or Data Analytics certifications are a strong advantage.

• Experience in E-commerce, App/Game industries, or Marketing agencies.

• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, LTV, and Conversion Rate metrics, with proven ability to analyze and optimize data for performance improvement.

• Possess a growth mindset, the ability to work independently, and the ambition to become a specialist leader or build a team in the future.
