Mô tả công việc

1. Master Data Management

  • Maintain and update gift master data for all MT and Ecom customers with accuracy and full approval from authorized stakeholders.

2. Gift Order Management

  • Calculate appropriate gift quantities corresponding to each sales order based on approved master data.
  • Receive and process non-combined delivery gift requests, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting documentation.
  • Upload and manage gift orders and delivery plans in the Ugift system.

3. Customer Service & Coordination

  • Act as a central point of contact between customers, transporters, CD teams, and shipping points to resolve delivery issues (warehouse, timing, order, porter, Unilever WH, document, gift, or master data issues).
  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and requests within agreed lead times, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Management, Planning, or Supply Chain (non-make related preferred)
