Mô tả công việc

  • Main teaching course: IELTS elementary (aim for up to overall 5.0), IELTS Intermediate (aim for overall 6.0 – 6.5, less than 10 students/class), IELTS Advanced (aim for overall 7.0+, less than 10 students/class).
  • Location: HITC building, 239 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi
  • Teach the IELTS Academic focusing on 4 key skills provided curriculum and methodology + with your own course materials.
  • Be responsible for lesson planning, preparation, assessment of students, and to attend certain other training/events as required by the company.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage learners’ performance throughout the course.
  • Mark and provide appropriate feedback on written work to complete teaching-related administrative tasks to specified standards.
  • Actively engage in professional development and performance management systems and procedures to assure high standards in teaching and learning.
  • Coordinate with the staff / managers to support student’s academic needs.

    Support the management in organizing activities when assigned.
  • Participating in the teacher development program, including IELTS Teacher Training Course and in-service development workshops.

Yêu cầu

  • For Vietnamese nationals only: Undergraduate degree (BA or equivalent / higher)
  • IELTS score: from 7.5 to 8.5 depending on class level
  • CELTA, TESOL or equivalent recognized entry-level qualification to teach English as a Foreign/Second Language
  • Experienced working as an IELTS instructor.
  • Contained or experienced participating in developing curriculum / textbooks.

NOTICE: Every applicant must prepare 2 mock classes (2 different skills) / 10-15 minutes each. When preparing for the demo lesson, you should provide supplementary materials, and choose the questions that the students find most difficult.
