Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Development

Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments, ensuring alignment with company vision, goals, and values.

Build, manage, and develop a strong, high-performing, and motivated team through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Develop succession and training plans to strengthen organizational capability and ensure long-term sustainability.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all levels.

2. Operational Excellence

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

Monitor key operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions where required.

3. Customer Focus

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, responding promptly to feedback and issues.

Work closely with Sales and R&D teams to identify market opportunities, support product innovation, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Lead initiatives to improve service quality, responsiveness, and overall customer experience.

4. Financial Management

Develop and manage annual budgets aligned with strategic business objectives.

Monitor and control operational costs to maintain profitability and financial sustainability.

Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Lead forecasting and financial planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.

5. Supply Chain & Inventory Management

Oversee procurement, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials.

Manage inventory planning and stock control to balance production continuity with optimal working capital.

Implement risk management strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure operational stability.

Collaborate with logistics and production teams to optimize material flow, storage, and distribution efficiency.

Yêu cầu

Minimum 12 years of experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries.

Proven leadership experience in managing production or operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.

High attention to detail with strong commitment to quality.

Proficient in English (spoken & written).

Experience in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment is an advantage.
