Mô tả công việc

- Review and analyze tech packs/spec sheets received from buyers to prepare for sample development.

- Create, modify, and adjust garment patterns by using CAD software

- Develop and maintain technical documents

- Collaborate with sample room, sewing, cutting, and QA teams to ensure correct sample construction and fit.

- Participate in fitting sessions (internal or with customers), record feedback, and make necessary pattern/technical adjustments.

- Monitor and control technical quality during PP (Pre-Production) and TOP (Top of Production) sample stages.

- Suggest improvements in construction methods, material usage, and production efficiency.

- Work closely with Merchandisers and QA teams to solve any technical issues during bulk production.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Garment Technology

- Prefer candidates have experience in QA/QC or Garment related position.

- English Communication skills

- At least 1–5 years of experience as a Technical Designer
