Mô tả công việc

• Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations.

• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all employees and visitors by supporting the implementation of safety protocols and inspections.

• Support monitoring of office assets, supply levels, and assist with placing timely orders to help maintain adequate inventory and prevent shortages

• Work with GA team to plan, organize, and execute company events and activities

• Coordinate and provide support for staff travel arrangements.

• Provide support in coordinating procurement and import/export operations

• Other duties assigned by manager

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of experience; experience in a foreign company is preferred

• Knowledge of IT is an advantage

• High sense of responsibility, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication (written and spoken)
