Manufacturing Manufacture of electrical equipment PCB manufacturing

MegaElec is the Vietnam manufacturing subsidiary of TSE Group. We manufacture PCB used in semiconductor test equipment.

- Full site leadership across Production, Quality, Materials, Safety, and Logistics

- Achieve and improve targets for yield, delivery, cost, and productivity

- Develop and retain local managers (Production / Quality / HR / Finance)

- Manage workforce, wages, shift system, welfare, and minimize labor risk.

Yêu cầu

- Working Days: 6 days per week

- Working Hours: 8 hours per day

- 5+ years of operational leadership experience as a General Manager / Plant Director / senior leader in electronics, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing

- Decision-making experience in at least 2 management areas among Production, HR, Finance, Purchasing, or Materials

- Language: Able to discuss strategy and performance directly with headquarters (TigerElec) executive management

- Proven leadership of 150+ headcount manufacturing site (production, quality, HR, cost, delivery KPI control)

- Customer audit / quality compliance experience with global electronics or semiconductor clients

- Salary 30000 - 60000 USD
