JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and maintain web-based applications and GUI components for Toshiba industrial systems.

Responsibilities include (But may not limited at):

  • Design, implement, customize, and debug web applications (NodeJS & ReactJS).
  • Define software design based on requirements (basic & detailed design).
  • Understanding the test strategies and support test members in integration testing and fixing bug.
  • Review teammates’ work and lead small teams (2–4 members) when assigned.
  • Research new technologies and industrial domains to propose software solutions on demand.

Yêu cầu

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering.

Mandatory Skill

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with NodeJS (ExpressJS) and ReactJS (Redux, Saga, Form Validation).
  • Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Design Patterns for JS.
  • Experience with database: PostgreSQL ( includes SQL optimization, stored procedures).
  • Solid knowledge of Software engineering, UML design.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs, WebSocket.
  • Familiar with Unit testing (Mocha, Jest) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
  • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS) and source control tools (Git/GitLab).
  • Can quickly adapt with new programming language, platform and domain.

Desired Skill

  • Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of OAuth2.0 protocol, Open API 3.0
  • Japanese JLPT N4/N3 is a plus
