• Participate in software development projects for Japanese clients.

• Communicate directly with Japanese customers through meetings, reports, chats, and emails.

• Actively coordinate with clients to clarify and gather detailed requirements.

• Understand client needs and effectively communicate requirements to the Project teams.

• Manage projects or closely collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor progress and control quality.

• Perform final checks on products to ensure they meet client requirements.

• Handle other tasks as assigned by managers/

• Japanese language proficiency at N2–N1 level, with confidence in communication and collaboration with Japanese clients.

• Strong passion and interest in Information Technology.

• Clear orientation toward long-term career development in the IT field.

• Preferred candidates with experience studying, working, or living in Japan.

• Experience working in an IT company is an advantage.

• Additional experience in this role or in related positions such as QC, BrSE, etc., is a big plus.

• Quick learner with the ability to absorb new knowledge and technologies.

• Strong communication skills.
