Fresher Business Analyst

Collect and analyze requirements from clients and internal teams.

Assist in preparing BA documents: User Stories, Use Cases, workflow diagrams, feature descriptions.

Coordinate with Developers/Testers to clarify requirements and follow project progress.

Join project meetings, take minutes, and support communication between teams.

Support basic UAT to ensure features match requirements.

Fresh graduate or ≤1 year of experience in BA/IT-related roles.

Strong logical thinking and interest in system analysis.

Good communication and willingness to learn.

Knowledge of tools like Jira, Figma, Draw.io is a plus.

English/Japanese skills are a strong advantage.
