Mô tả công việc

1. Operation Task (50%)

- Supervising hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time.

- Controlling product quality, prices, tag of the brands in charge; Managing the demand-supply of the products.

- Training brand staff to follow Lotte DS regulations.

2. Marketing & Event (30%)

- Working with brands to co-operate and support them with marketing and update promotion.

- Make ideas and create an event to grow sales and attract new customers

- Invite brand for available position to sales discount product and introduce new product

- Survey market trend and update market status

3. Sales Report & Payment (20%)

- Working with the Finance Dep’t about payment relating to the brand.

- Checking and analyzing daily sales, weekly and monthly sales of the floor then forecast sales of the next month.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor degree, any majors

- From 1 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Store Management...

- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese

- Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills

- Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good at working with numbers

- Be willing to work in shift (1 – 2 afternoon shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) per week) and in holidays
