Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-minded Finance Analyst who enjoys working with data, can find insights in complex datasets, and turn numbers into strategic ideas that help the business grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design or refine dashboards and automated reporting systems to ensure data accessibility and clarity for finance-related KPIs.
  • Automate reports and dashboards via Power BI to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Work with large datasets and collaborate cross-functionally to identify logic, trends, risks, and opportunities across business units.
  • Conduct financial analysis and build models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Analyze business performance across key metrics and develop actionable insights for leadership.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Must have working knowledge of SQL, Python, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and other data manipulation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into clear business recommendations.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of financial modeling and performance metrics.
