Mô tả công việc

EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) function

  • Provide support with:
    • Environmental documentation and environmental monitoring
    • ISO 14001 and 45001
    • Safety trainings
  • Implement EHS program and event
  • Verify chemical safety: MSDS, hazard assessment
  • Identify unsafe action/condition and follow up with corrective actions
  • Assist EHS associates in taking simple EHS actions/tasks.

PRS function

  • Monitor and manage surveillance equipment and database, including:
    • Access control systems: ID card management, access control data report
    • Space management systems: tool management, space & seat management
    • Security camera system
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Involve in internal/external audits and support to fulfill findings/ reports
  • Support team activities/events and other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu

  • 3rd or 4th student able to commit to a full-time internship (6 months, from Monday to Friday)
  • Able to provide a university recommendation letter (with red seal and clear indication of internship duration).
  • Good ability of English communication
  • Capable of MS office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proactive and willing-to-learn attitude
