Mô tả công việc

  • Follow and submit SI/VGM to the Carrier/Co-loader (Filling AFR, ENS, AMS if any)
  • Require & check SI, make HBLs to customers
  • Send pre-alert to agent (Debit/credit/ MBL / HBL / manifest)
  • Contact & chase carrier, LOGS service to provide DN/ invoice, input the carrier, customs/trucking, oversea AP, make payment request to carrier and collect MBL original/telex
  • Follow OP/sale quotation to issue debit, cross check if any difference with costing, send to customer confirm, post debit in system for FN to issue invoice
  • Follow customer's payment & issue HBL original/telex
  • Monitor and notify shipment status if there are changes during transportation.
  • Finish other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/General Manager

Yêu cầu

  • From 1 years’ experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding/Import – Export.
  • College or Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import – Export (a notarized degree is required)
  • Working experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese is a plus
  • Attention to detail with a teamwork spirit
  • Able to work under pressure; good time management skills
