KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy & Planning

● Own the development of the overall performance marketing strategy for assigned clients.

● Collaborate with the Account Management team and clients directly to understand

business objectives and translate them into clear advertising goals and KPIs.

● Plan, allocate, and manage large-scale advertising budgets, ensuring cost optimization

and target ROAS achievement.

● Lead market intelligence efforts, analyzing competitors and new platform trends

(Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) to propose competitive strategies.



2. Team Leadership & Operations

● Manage, train, and develop a team of Performance Executives, ensuring they are fully

equipped to execute complex campaigns.

● Assign tasks, establish workflows, and oversee team performance to guarantee timely

and high-quality campaign delivery.

● Establish best practices and operational frameworks for key channels (especially

Shopee Onsite/Offsite CPAS, TikTok Ads for GMV) for team-wide implementation.

● Act as the final decision-maker for resolving critical issues or complex challenges related

to ad performance.



3. High-Level Analysis & Reporting

● Monitor and analyze the overall performance of all campaigns, focusing on both

micro-details and the big picture.

● Prepare and present strategic performance reviews to clients and senior management,

delivering not just data but actionable insights and plans.

● Be accountable for the team's core business metrics: GMV, Revenue, CIR

(Cost-to-Income Ratio), and ROAS.



4. Partner Management

● Serve as the strategic point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with

key partners like Shopee, TikTok, Meta (Facebook), and Google.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

● Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with at

least 1-2 years in a management or team lead role. Experience in major agencies is

highly preferred.

● Technical Expertise:

○ Profound understanding and extensive hands-on experience with Shopee Ads

(Onsite & Offsite CPAS) and TikTok Ads (GMV Max, LSA, VSA).

○ Proven experience managing large budgets and large-scale Mega Campaigns or

Livestream events.

● Managerial Skills:

○ Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

○ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to

work directly with major clients.

● Mindset:

○ Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to connect marketing

activities to final business outcomes.

○ A data-driven mindset for informed decision-making.

● Major Plus: Experience working with top-tier clients in FMCG, Electronics, Home

Appliances, or Health & Beauty sectors.
