Full-time E-Learning Content Developer

PrepEdu is a dynamic EdTech company with a multinational team focused on enhancing learners' experience. We're assembling an elite, cross-functional team of highly skilled professionals to redefine, refine, and successfully launch our innovative educational platform on the international market. This team will operate within a dynamic startup environment of over 400 employees.

We are seeking ONE experienced and innovative English language teacher to join our project team. In this role, you will leverage your pedagogical expertise to design and develop engaging online learning materials for English language learners. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled language educator to grow their expertise in instructional design and educational technology.



Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-quality e-learning content for language learners, including interactive activities, assessments, and storyboards with strict adherence to project specifications.

- Create learning materials for both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced) online environments.

- Proactively seek and integrate feedback from subject matter experts and peers to continuously improve content quality.

- Actively participate in project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team training.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Education qualification: BA in Linguistics and/or Language Teaching (local or abroad) with a strong preference for candidates holding a CELTA or equivalent qualification.

- English Proficiency: Near-native proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ in Writing).

Teaching Experience: A minimum of 1.5 years of English language teaching experience.

- Interest: e-learning, ELT materials development, educational video production, animation, graphic design – desire and aptitude for learning software skills on-demand

Location: Prep Space office - No 39, Lane 12 Tran Kim Xuyen Street.

Duration: Until 30 April 2026.

Type of contract: Service contract with possible extension. Fulltime offer is also possible after a period of satisfactory performance, successful training and KPI-related achievement.

Salary: Competitive salary (10.000.000 - 20.000.000)
