Mô tả công việc

  • Handle and grow a portfolio of clients through direct engagement.
  • Communicate professionally via email, phone, face-to-face meetings, website, Fan page and OTA channels.
  • Prepare customized tour programs and/or F&B services based on client needs.
  • Create and deliver accurate, competitive quotations in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with operations and accounting departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
  • Follow up with clients before, during, and after their stay/meals to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and timely support to clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Offer value-added services and suggestions to improve client experience.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and annual sales and revenue reports to the manager.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2 year of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of Cruises and/or F&B products, destinations, and OTA platforms is an advantage.
  • Advanced level of both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent attitude for teamwork, sophisticated networking capabilities for work with same level of management
  • Mature, self-driven, possessing intellectual sales skills
