E-Commerce Merchandiser Specialist

Objective:

Responsible for producing and deploying marketing visual & content (banners, key visuals, short videos, media assets, digital POSM) for e-commerce and online communication of Retailers. Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines, fit platform requirements, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to develop marketing visual & content across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, retailer websites, social media).

• Manage asset production timelines from brief → review → approval → upload.

• Ensure consistency, quality, and optimization for each channel’s display standards and brand guideline.

• Manage and organize the asset library; adapt and resize visuals when needed.

• Monitor marketing visual & content performance (CTR, engagement) and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing content production, online merchandising, preferably in e-commerce.

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and website visual requirements.

• Excellent multitasking and time management skills, detail-oriented.

• Strong communication, proactivity, and creativity within brand boundaries.
