E-Commerce Executive - Amazon

Manage and optimize Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts to maximize sales and profitability.

Develop and implement strategies to improve product rankings, conversions, and customer engagement.

Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.

Oversee and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).

Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Manage inventory, forecasting, and replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Monitor and improve key performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).

Handle customer reviews, feedback, and case logs to maintain a strong brand presence.

Stay updated with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace trends.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, and marketing) to drive business growth

2+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts in the US market.

Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, and A9 algorithm.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Sellerboard, etc.

Experience in handling inventory management, FBA, and FBM processes.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
