Mô tả công việc
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and comments on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Provide product consultation, address customer questions, and support order conversion.
- Handle customer complaints (defective items, wrong items, returns, refunds, etc.) according to company policies.
- Monitor and maintain key CS metrics: response rate, chat performance, customer satisfaction, and product ratings.
- Monitor store notifications and handle any violations or penalties from Shopee/TikTok.
- Track and optimize operational indicators such as cancellation rate, late shipment rate, and store performance scores.
Summarize customer feedback and suggest improvement ideas
Yêu cầu
- High school diploma or higher; College or University degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce is a plus.
- English communication or Korean is a plus
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce operations on Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in computer skills; familiar with Shopee/TikTok seller tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
