Mô tả công việc

1. Product Development

  • Lead the end-to-end development of HQSOFT’s core products:
    • Xspire Business Platform – Modular ERP (Finance, CRM, HRM, Manufacturing).
    • eSales DMS – Powered with AI-based analytics and predictive insights.
    • International DMS Solutions – Deployed across Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia.
    • nRetail O2O Platform and 1CX Customer Experience Solutions.
  • Architect and implement enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core (C#), ABP.IO Framework, REST APIs, Flutter (mobile), and ReactJS (web).
  • Perform code reviews, refactoring, and ensure system scalability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with BA, QA, DevOps and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a team of 8–15 developers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
  • Oversee sprint planning, workload distribution, and performance evaluations.
  • Create and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to strengthen skills and build future leaders.
  • Apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) principles and the PDCA cycle to ensure continuous improvement.

3. Technology & Innovation

  • Research and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI (OpenAI, GitHub Copilot) to streamline development, testing, and feature deployment.
  • Establish best practices for CI/CD, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align technology strategy with business objectives.

Yêu cầu

Core Technical Expertise

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise software development using .NET/C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • At least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Hands-on experience with HQSOFT’s tech stack:
    • Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core, ABP.IO, Entity Framework, REST APIs.
    • Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis.
    • Cloud: Azure (App Service, Functions, AKS), AWS.
    • Frontend: ReactJS, Blazor, Zalo MiniApps.
    • Mobile: Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform apps.

Advanced Skills

  • Expertise in Microservices and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and IaC tools.
  • Experience in AI integration (OpenAI API, Azure Cognitive Services).
  • Solid understanding of application security: OAuth 2.0, JWT, HTTPS/TLS, encryption standards.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Proven track record of leading Agile/Scrum development teams.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across different regions and time zones.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
