Mô tả công việc

  • Conduct online research to identify and build databases of potential exhibitors, visitors, VIP buyers, industry media, associations and other stakeholders.
  • Gather databases in bulk via online searching
  • Build and categorise to maintain databases using multiple reliable sources.
  • Collect data through offline methods such as collection of association directories, industry association members lists, exhibition directories, business directories etc.
  • Maintain, update, and clean existing databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform segmentation of databases for targeted campaigns and communication.
  • Keep database secure from external or misuse.

Yêu cầu

  • Graduate in Business, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in database management, lead research, or CRM handling.
  • Strong online research skills with expertise in MS Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle and organize large volumes of data.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Familiarity with trade shows, exhibitions, or B2B industries would be an added advantage for this role.
