Data Analyst (Power BI)

1. Surveying and Analyzing Business Requirements

• Collaborate and work with internal functional stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and processes to build BI reports.

• Understand current states of data and metrics/KPIs for business operations.

2. Consulting and Designing BI Reports

• Design and propose analytical views based on metrics/KPIs relevant to business requirements.

• Design data models supporting BI reports.

• Design and organize data templates (if required) to standardize manual data files.

3. Developing and Implementing Reports

• Build and develop BI reports based on Microsoft Power BI/Fabric.

• Present and demo deliverables, collect feedback from business functions, and make necessary adjustments.

• Execute unit testing for data models, logics, and reports.

4. Testing and Training

• Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Support and guide users on the reporting system.

• Operate data and reporting systems.

5. Other Responsibilities

• Quickly adapt to work requirements and new technologies.

• Be open to learning and sharing knowledge and experience with other team members.

• Execute and follow assignments from the direct manager.

1. Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Diploma degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or other related fields.

2. Experience

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar position.

• Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Power BI and programming DAX.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working directly with business users or functional departments.

• Knowledge and experience in databases and SQL programming.

• Business acumen in areas such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounting.

• Knowledge and programming skills in Python are an advantage.
