Customer Services Manager

• Overall in charges of contract and SOP/KPIs management, forwarding and transportation bidding/quotations, customers’ requirements, overseas agents’ correspondence and offering solutions.
• Manage, supervise and give direction to staff in details to maximize usage of trucks for strengthening service quality and reducing overhead cost.
• Responsible for administration and service performance inclusive of monitoring human, truck team, spare parts, fuel, deposit for drivers, pre-paid to ports ...
• Identify opportunities for SOP and process improvements.
• Have meeting with overseas and local customers
• Manage the whole operation process of Air Freight and Sea Freight.
• Understand customers’ needs to advise appropriate solutions that enable customers to enjoy the full benefit of comprehensive services.
• Solve high level problems and respond customers’ complex calls about service questions and general customer concerns.
• Be responsible for maintaining good relationships and a high level of professionalism with customers.
• Train new employees based on experience and skill.

• Qualification level: Bachelor in foreign trade, transportation, economic or related logistics.
• Strong knowledge regarding export - import
• Proficiency in English (or Japanese) communication
• Good at MS and related software.
• At least 3 years experience in industrial forwarding or logistics and equivalent level.
• Ability to lead, plan up, analyse and solve troubles.
• Ability to build rapport quickly.
