Mô tả công việc

  • Handle inbound calls to provide accurate information and support regarding company products and services.
  • Log customer interactions accurately into CRM system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Conduct outbound calls for customer care campaigns, satisfaction surveys, or service introduction.
  • Achieve performance KPIs such as call volume, handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head to support overall departmental operations.

Yêu cầu

  • High school graduate or above. Preference will be given to second-year university students or higher who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Clear, pleasant speaking voice; no speech impediments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in office software and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Full time working hours: divided into 2 shifts from 7am-13pm and from 13pm-19pm
