CSP Assistant Manager – OmniChannel

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Net Revenue Management (dNRM)

• Analyze portfolio performance across price, product mix, and promotions.
• Recommend portfolio optimization strategies for key retailers.
• Drive profitability and market share growth for Unilever and its partners.

2. Strategy to Execution

• Translate category strategies into actionable digital commerce execution plans.
• Collaborate with CBD, CSP, DMC, and Marketing teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Leverage tools such as Data Impact, Kwery, and Kantar for in-depth analysis.

3. Content & Visibility Management

• Oversee key pillars: product availability, visibility, content quality, ratings & reviews.
• Partner with content and performance marketing teams to enhance digital presence.

4. Measurement & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and performance trackers.
• Present complex data and insights in clear, actionable formats for stakeholders.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Align with CBD and Marketing to translate strategies into digital commerce executions, manage JBPs, and support innovation launches.
• Partner with DMC for content excellence, Finance for trade spend & ROI tracking, and Supply Chain for availability and S&OP inputs.

• Experience in Customer Strategy & Planning (CSP), Trade Marketing, or Digital Commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and digital literacy.
• Hands-on experience with E-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of Vietnamese retail landscape and shopper behavior.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
