Mô tả công việc

  • Understand the company’s vision, core values, and purpose to be able to articulate them to the staff and other members of the group
  • Manage development and implementation of processes of Heritage Cruises
  • Prepares monthly budgets and plans following the cruise schedules
  • Ensure operating standards, rules, and regulations are maintained on the ships
  • Manage/control cost and increase profitability of sales onboard
  • Ensure high quality service for all inspections and FAM trips onboard (VIP handling)
  • Supervise and train all staffs onboard especially in service and safety standards
  • Collaborate with tour guides on fun and safe activities onboard and off board

    Collaborate with cruise captain to insure smooth sailing across the bay, the ship’s safety, security, and emergency preparedness; maintain and control onboard passenger
  • Take note of complaints and make sure to offer a quick and effective solution for the guest

    Keep the guests informed on the status of any requests & how long it will take for its delivery

    Control delivered items in terms of quality, quantity and correctness of the delivery
  • Report to general management regarding common complaints, operational issues, and ways to improve the itinerary and the service
  • Manage and monitor all aspects of guest services and facilities in order that it meets client expectations and the level of agreed service- Promote, manage and monitor on board ship sales- Manage and monitor guests onshore excursions and entertainment program- Assist with client's special requests
  • Manage on board accounting, finance and budgeting- Manage ordering, purchasing and inventory controls- Manage the customer complaints process on board and report major complaints to OPM or Vice Director
  • Manage and monitor on board safety for clients and staff- Crisis management and decision making authority to manage risk- Decision making authority on changes to the itinerary in coordination with the Ship Captain- Report technical issues that cannot be rectified on board to Operation Manager/Vice director - Ensure regulatory requirements are met by the ship.-

    Monitor suppliers for off-shore services and ground handling

    Hand all checking checkout daily routing.

Yêu cầu

Level of Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Tourism Management

Professional Experience

At least 3-5 years’ management in the hospitality sector, cruises (hotel/cruise industry); experience in a large hospitality group is a plus
