Content & Digital Marketing Executive

A. Content Creation (60%)

● Produce, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

● Create creative content for KAYOU trading cards, blind boxes, merchandise, and BAMU

IPs.

● Film on-ground content (e.g. store visits, street interviews).

● Execute trend-based, POV, humor-style videos.

● Photograph products for e-commerce listings and social media.● Design graphics for campaign posts.

● Manage content calendar and weekly posting schedule.

● Maintain organized libraries of raw footage and assets.

B. Digital Marketing (40%)

● Manage and grow BAMU’s social media pages (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

etc.).

● Run and optimize basic paid ads with monthly budgets.

● Support product launch campaigns

● Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure consistent product messaging.

● Build simple landing pages for campaigns if needed.

● Analyze basic insights (reach, engagement, retention, clicks).

● Assist with influencer, esports, and brand partner activities.

● Prepare weekly marketing reports

This position is for BAMU Company

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Experience creating TikTok-style content is required.
• Knowledge of paid advertising (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads).
• Familiar with gaming, esports, or pop culture is a strong advantage.
• Confidence filming in public.
• Poster design skills.
• Able to work independently, creatively, and fast-paced
• Fluent English
