Mô tả công việc
- Develop and execute the Social Media Plan (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) in alignment with the HYPOXI brand direction.
- Manage content and visuals across all digital channels, ensuring consistency with the brand voice, continuous updates, and creative engagement.
- Ideate, edit, and supervise the production of video content, KOL reviews, testimonials, and influencer campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, production houses, and KOLs to implement integrated communication campaigns (PR, social media, events, seeding, KOL/KOC booking).
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns; propose optimizations in messaging, visuals, and channel strategies.
- Regularly compile communication performance reports, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Participate in media budget planning and supervision for each campaign.
- Maintain and expand relationships with press, media partners, KOLs, and relevant agencies.
Yêu cầu
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Communications, Social Media, PR, or Digital Marketing.
- Preferably experienced in executing real communication campaigns, especially within the Wellness, Fitness, Beauty, F&B, or Lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of Social Media Trends, KOL/Influencer Marketing, and Content Strategy.
- Ability to create engaging content, develop plans, and manage projects from start to finish.
- Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop is an advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills
