Chuyên Viên Quản Trị Nguồn Nhân Lực

• Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Handle monthly payroll, PIT, insurance, and employee benefits.
• Maintain employee records, staff profiles, and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and ensure accuracy of timesheets.
• Draft, review, and manage labor contracts, extensions, and termination processes.
• Develop, update, and enforce internal labor regulations and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, headcount updates, and periodic compliance documentation.
• Team building: Regularly have a conversation with employees to understand their latest work psychology and dynamics, help new employees better integrate into the team, and solve employee problems; organize and plan team building activities
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• English proficiency is required (reading, writing, and internal communication).
• Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Code, insurance policies, and payroll procedures.
• Experience with HR systems, attendance software, and document management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced or creative/production environments.
• Additional languages (Chinese) are a plus.
• Experience building HR processes or internal regulations.
