Mô tả công việc

The primary focus of this role is to ensure a strong workforce for the frontline and other assigned functions within the Store Support Center. He or She will deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and employer branding activities. Additionally, he or she will represent the People & Culture team in the Store Support Center in Hanoi, acting as both an office manager and a strategic partner for the Northern region.



1. Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and implement recruitment plans that support business operations, growth, and transformation.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers, ensuring vacancies are filled with suitable candidates in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the recruitment process, and continually improve processes for innovation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Report on recruitment performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly, and periodically conduct recruitment market analysis.
  • Conduct exit interviews for assigned employee groups to analyze resignation trends and report findings.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure the best candidate experience through proper communication along their candidacy journey with Guardian

2.Employer Branding:

  • Actively promote the Guardian Vietnam brand to enhance visibility and attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates using creative sourcing techniques, including referral programmes, web sourcing, social media, networking events, and campus recruitment.
  • Plan and optimize job advertisements and recruitment activities.

    Enhance communication channels and tools to improve candidate experience and brand image.

3. People & Culture Operations & Admin:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns related to People & Culture and SOP.
  • Coordinate with the Learning & Development team for onboarding new hires and other training activities.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture Business Partner for the implementation of People initiatives in the Northern region.
  • Oversee all human resources responsibilities, including office management and regional engagement activities in the SSC office in Hanoi.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with mass hiring in retail or hospitality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in employer branding activities, including event organization and content creation for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Critical thinking, paying attention to detail, strong prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude and resilience.
  • Up-to-date with youth trends and skilled in applying new digital tools for recruitment and employer branding.
