Arch/Fit-Out Specialist | Chuyên Viên Kiến Trúc & Hoàn Thiện

• Tham gia thiết kế & phát triển phương án nội thất cho các dự án: khách sạn, resort, cao ốc văn phòng, biệt thự, shophouse...
  
  Participate in interior design & development for projects such as hotels, resorts, office towers, villas, and shophouses.
• Triển khai hồ sơ thiết kế từ Concept đến Detail Design, diễn họa phối cảnh 3D, hỗ trợ kiểm soát vật liệu & ngân sách.
  
  Prepare design packages from concept to detail design, 3D visualization, and support material & budget control.
• Phối hợp cùng các bộ môn Kiến trúc, Kết cấu, Cơ điện để tối ưu giải pháp thiết kế & đảm bảo thi công hiệu quả.
  
  Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines to optimize design solutions and ensure execution quality.
• Tham gia đánh giá vật liệu, FF&E, mock-up, đảm bảo chất lượng & đúng định hướng thiết kế.
  
  Review materials, FF&E, and mock-ups to ensure quality and design consistency.
• Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác theo yêu cầu của doanh nghiệp và bộ phận.
  
  Perform other related tasks as required by the company and department.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kiến trúc hoặc tương đương.
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong thiết kế & hoàn thiện nội thất khách sạn/resort.
  
  Above 5 years of experience in hospitality or interior design projects.
• Thành thạo AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Photoshop; có khả năng 3D visualization là lợi thế.
  
  Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Photoshop; 3D visualization skills are a plus.
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp và đọc hiểu hồ sơ thiết kế tốt.
  
  Good English communication and documentation skills.
• Sáng tạo, kỹ lưỡng, có gu thẩm mỹ & tư duy thiết kế tốt.
  
  Creative, detail-oriented, with strong design sense and aesthetics.
