Mô tả công việc
- Welcoming clients to the clinic and understanding their needs
- Opening medical records
- Guiding and coordinating clients during their consultation process
- Flexibly arranging schedules to optimize consultation time
- Manage phone calls and provide advice on approaching the clinic – book appointments;
- Regist arriving patients and guide patients to the treatment rooms;
- Support and guide patients to reach their examination room;
- Handling the situation that arises by proactively communicating with patients and colleagues;
- Performing cashier-related functions like updating the customer's prepaid account.
Yêu cầu
- College or University Degree is preferred;
- At least 2 years in Medical/Service/Receptionist
- Good command of English (Must)
- Strong communication skills;
- Customer service orientation;
- Well-organized and multi-tasking abilities;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Have the spirit of learning, working actively
- Capable of working overtime;
- Having the spirit of teamwork and flexibility
- Good use of office equipment (such as computers, printers, desk phones, and other work support software...);
