Mô tả công việc

  • Welcoming clients to the clinic and understanding their needs
  • Opening medical records
  • Guiding and coordinating clients during their consultation process
  • Flexibly arranging schedules to optimize consultation time
  • Manage phone calls and provide advice on approaching the clinic – book appointments;
  • Regist arriving patients and guide patients to the treatment rooms;
  • Support and guide patients to reach their examination room;
  • Handling the situation that arises by proactively communicating with patients and colleagues;
  • Performing cashier-related functions like updating the customer's prepaid account.

Yêu cầu

  • College or University Degree is preferred;
  • At least 2 years in Medical/Service/Receptionist
  • Good command of English (Must)
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Customer service orientation;
  • Well-organized and multi-tasking abilities;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Have the spirit of learning, working actively
  • Capable of working overtime;
  • Having the spirit of teamwork and flexibility
  • Good use of office equipment (such as computers, printers, desk phones, and other work support software...);
