Mô tả công việc

As a Customer Service Representative, CSR (Day Shift), you will support customers through: Gmail channel.

  • Hours of working: 8 working hours shift - 05 days/week from Monday to Friday:
    • Day Shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Vietnam Time)
  • Note: During Winter Time in the US (Daylight Saving Time - starts on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November), the time frame will be offset by 13 hours (UTC Timezone).
  • Working Location:
    • Hanoi: HTP Building, No. 434 Tran Khat Chan, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi.
    • HCMC: Moc Gia Building, No. 92 Yen The, Tan Son Hoa Ward, HCMC.

More specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manage a volume of emails with knowledge and efficiency.
  • Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction.
  • Completes reports of emails and other data accurately and on time.
  • Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.

Yêu cầu

  • Softel still welcomes freshers, and you would be trained in the professional US policy program from the beginning.
  • Good at English reading and writing.
  • Skilled Typist: 45+ wpm typing speed is a strong plus.
