Business Planning & Performance Management Expert

Identify and realize business opportunities through the development of Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) and business solutions, monitor implementation effectiveness, and collaborate with relevant departments to design and execute impactful business programs and initiatives.

Job Description:

• Perform business planning activities, e.g.monthly execution plan, quarterly forecast, develop budget plan for the year,etc...
• Identify target segments, customer needs, and overall business objectives.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to understand and capture business contexts/ requirements and reflect on planning
• Monitor business and operations changes to ensure plans remain current and valid
• Monitor business progress against plans through data driven insights
• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop business programs, campaigns, and schemes aligned with business directions and key performance metrics.
• Work closely with Data and Products team to build reports and dashboard monitoring performance
• Work with stakeholders analyse performance, key drivers, risks and opportunities
• Actively participate in problem solving to drive the achievement of business plan and help close gaps if required
• Prepare weekly reports of business update for leadership

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in growth/ business analyst/business intelligence/finance/ sales performance area...
• Excellent problem solving, data analysis and presentation skills
• Strong experience in Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, or Tableau
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changes
• Leadership skill, able to work in fast-paced environment

Salary & Allowances

• 13-month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
• Lunch allowance: 730.000 VND/month
• Special occasion bonus: 3.500.000 - 5.000.000 VND/year
