Strategic Planning & P&L Ownership

• Develop and execute the overall business plan for the new project (go-to-market strategy, product & channel strategy,…)
• Take full responsibility for business performance, including revenue, profitability, and growth metrics
• Translate business vision into actionable plans and measurable outcome

Product & Market Development (with strategic guidance and training support)

• Build a compelling product strategy tailored to the target audience
• Identify market opportunities, define product positioning, and ensure commercial readiness
• Continuously monitor market performance and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions

Financial Management (with strategic guidance and training support)

• Build financial models, manage P&L and cash flow effectively
• Ensure business scalability and sustainability through smart financial planning

Operations & Supply Chain

• Oversee end-to-end operations including fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and customer experience.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, cost efficiency, and service quality enhancement

Sales Organization & Team Leadership

• Recruit, structure, and scale a high-performing team
• Set clear KPIs and expectations for direct reports
• Coach, inspire, and build a strong collaborative and performance-driven culture

1. At least 1 year experience in leading projects/ student initiatives/ startups/ Leader
2. Growth mindset with the ability and willingness to learn quickly, adapt, and take on increasing responsibilities
3. Strong interest in business operations, strategy, and development, with a clear ambition to grow into a leadership role
4. Basic understanding of financial principles (e.g., revenue, cost, profit & loss), willingness to be trained and develop financial acumen over time
5. Strategic and structured thinker who can translate ideas into action and is comfortable working with clear KPIs and accountability
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
