Mô tả công việc

  • Market Entry & Business Development
    • Conduct comprehensive market research on Thai beauty & derma-cosmetic segments, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
    • Develop market-entry strategy including channel mix (E-commerce, Marketplace, Social Commerce, Retail Partners).
    • Identify key distribution and retail partners; negotiate and establish strategic collaborations.
    • Lead localization of brand message, product assortment, and pricing for the Thai market.
  • E-commerce Channel Management
    • Build and manage operations across major Thai platforms (Shopee TH, Lazada TH, TikTok Shop, JD Central, etc.).
    • Oversee P&L performance of online business; ensure revenue, margin, and ROI targets are achieved.
    • Drive traffic and conversion through performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
    • Collaborate with HQ technology and data teams to optimize cross-border logistics, payment, and customer experience.
  • Brand Growth & Marketing Strategy
    • Adapt and execute brand positioning aligned with local consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
    • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, KOL/affiliate programs, and social engagement plans.
    • Supervise local content creation, translation, and brand storytelling consistent with corporate tone & identity.
  • Leadership & People Development
    • Build a high-performing cross-functional team (Sales, E-commerce Ops, Marketing, CS).
    • Mentor and train team members on business operations, negotiation, and brand building.
    • Foster collaboration between Vietnam HQ and Thai operations to ensure alignment on goals and culture.
  • Business Reporting & Governance
    • Prepare business forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports for the Group Board.
    • Monitor budget allocation and spending efficiency across all commercial activities.
    • Ensure compliance with local Thai regulations for cosmetics/e-commerce imports and labeling.

Yêu cầu

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade.
    • Preferred: MBA or similar postgraduate degree in Business/Marketing.
  • Hard Skills
    • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, including at least 3 years in leadership roles for E-commerce or FMCG/Beauty brands in Thailand or SEA markets.
    • Proven track record in market entry or scaling operations in Thailand.
    • Strong understanding of Thai digital retail ecosystem and beauty industry trends.The candidate who used to live in Thailand is preferred
    • Experience in P&L management, omnichannel strategy, and cross-border commerce.
    • Fluent in English (required) and Thai (preferred). Vietnamese is a plus.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strategic and analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Excellent leadership and communication across multicultural teams.
    • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and adaptability under high-growth environment.
    • Passionate about beauty/derma products and consumer insights.
