As we expand, we are looking for 05 Business Development Managers in Hanoi and HCM to drive sales growth and lead our next stage of success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Hunt and work directly with big brands or Agencies and strategic partners.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals that grow AWING’s market share.
  • Build and mentor your own BD team.
  • Take ownership of results, with future opportunities for full P&L leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions.

Yêu cầu

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of B2B BD experience in AdTech, Martech, Media, or Agencies.
  • Proven track record in hunting and winning big brand accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with C-levels.
  • Independent, results-driven, and hungry to grow.
  • Leadership potential with the ambition to build and scale a business unit.
