Mô tả công việc

  • Assist the sales team in acquiring new sports venues and supporting existing venue partners.
  • Participate in outreach activities (calls, messages, field visits) to introduce ONTO’s platform and services.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
  • Help coordinate product demos, onboarding sessions, and training for venue owners.
  • Collect feedback from partners to help improve platform experience and service quality.
  • Maintain and update CRM sheets, sales pipelines, and weekly sales reports.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to support sales campaigns and partner activation.

Yêu cầu

  • Currently a student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-first attitude.
  • Comfortable with outreach, negotiation basics, and meeting partners in person.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Passion for sports and interest in the tech/startup environment is a strong plus.
  • Have a personal laptop to work.
