Internship Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern/Executive to support our efforts in identifying and establishing new hotel partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding our network and driving growth within the hospitality sector.

What You Will Learn & Do

• Conduct market research to identify potential hotel partners and assess their needs.
• Reach out to prospective hotel partners to introduce our services and solutions.
• Assist in developing proposals and presentations for potential partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to connect with hotel representatives.
• Support the negotiation and onboarding process for new partners.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Maintain a database of leads and track engagement metrics.

Who We Are Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong interest in business development and the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead generation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
