Mô tả công việc

1. Regional Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement the SEA regional expansion strategy, focusing on revenue scalability and sustainable growth.
  • Identify high-potential markets (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore) and design go-to-market frameworks for each.
  • Build a cross-border commerce model, leveraging partnerships and local market insights.
  • Drive P&L accountability and annual business planning across all SEA markets.

2. Marketplace Growth & Channel Development

  • Lead strategic partnerships with major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Amazon SEA).
  • Negotiate and optimize regional trade terms, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee store setup, traffic growth, conversion optimization, and customer retention strategies.
  • Drive category expansion and channel diversification to achieve aggressive GMV growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Data teams to run regional performance campaigns and leverage insights to boost conversion.



3. Strategic Alliances & Ecosystem Building

  • Build alliances with payment gateways, logistics partners, enablers, and technology vendors to strengthen the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Evaluate and execute regional partnerships, licensing, or M&A opportunities that accelerate scaling.
  • Represent the company in strategic forums and industry networks to strengthen regional brand visibility.



4. Business Performance & Revenue Leadership

  • Own the revenue targets and profitability of all SEA markets.
  • Establish and monitor key business KPIs: GMV, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins.
  • Lead data-driven commercial planning and market forecasting.
  • Implement automation and business intelligence dashboards to optimize performance visibility.



5. Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Build and lead a regional BD and commercial team, developing local leaders and ensuring market alignment.
  • Promote collaboration across country teams, ensuring consistent brand experience and market execution.
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on agility, innovation, and ownership

Yêu cầu

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing.
    • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 8–10 years in business development, sales, or e-commerce leadership.
    • Proven record of driving multi-country growth and marketplace operations in FMCG, retail, or digital commerce.
    • Experience in a regional or global MNC environment with deep understanding of SEA markets.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling online and offline revenue channels across multi-markets.
  • Skills
    • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with regional business acumen.
    • Proven ability to build and scale online platforms and manage complex ecosystems.
      • Excellent negotiation, partnership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and high resilience in dynamic market environments.
