Business Analyst Leader (DMS Domain)

1. Business Analyst Expertise

• Understand the company’s products and related business operations.
• Master all software functions to provide accurate consulting, minimizing solution revisions.
• Gather and prepare survey questions, collect customer feedback, and conduct requirement analysis.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions, document customer requests, and share meeting minutes.
• Consolidate and analyze requirements to create requirement management documents.
• Compare customer requirements with the company’s existing systems, highlighting similarities and gaps.
• Coordinate with other departments to design Prototype documents (catalogs, query screens, GUI standards).
• Prepare BluePrint documentation for projects.
• Support Dev & Test teams in understanding business processes and resolving issues.
• Conduct re-tests and UAT to validate system functions against requirements.
• Develop internal training materials and provide knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Prepare regular reports for managers and Project Managers (weekly/monthly).

2. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage the BA team: assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior BAs to improve skills and performance.
• Evaluate team performance, define KPIs, and propose development plans.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Act as the bridge between BA team, Development, Testing, and Project Management.
• Improve BA processes by introducing best practices, tools, and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in DMS/ERP projects, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in requirement analysis, documentation (BluePrint), and Prototype design.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Server, MySQL.
• Practical knowledge of AI applications (e.g., using AI for data analysis, predictive insights, workflow automation, or business intelligence) is a plus/requirement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong skills in data analysis, business reporting, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with mentoring, coaching, and team management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English communication required.
