RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the development team in Vietnam.

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients.

• Create business requirement documents, use cases, and flowcharts.

• Support testing and product acceptance to ensure alignment with business needs.

• Attend meetings with clients, interpret and communicate information accurately.

• Compose related documents, such as: Requirement Traceability, User Manual, UAT Training...

Yêu cầu

• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher, with strong communication skills.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Prefer candidates with software development knowledge or experience working with Japanese clients.
