Mô tả công việc
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Prepare detailed functional specification documents (SRS, PRD, etc.) based on user needs.
- Convert business requirements into clear and actionable user stories/tasks to help the development team understand what needs to be done and why.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to:
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Monitor development progress and evaluate feature releases
- Conduct product demo sessions with stakeholders
- Organize and deliver training sessions for internal users or clients on how to use the product.
- Act as the main contact point to support Dev/QA teams during implementation and clarify business logic.
- Maintain and update product documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Yêu cầu
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and with non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in writing business requirement documents and functional specifications.
- Proficiency in using tools like Notion, or similar platforms for documentation and project tracking.
- Strong systems thinking and analytical skills; ability to quickly understand business processes and product logic.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with booking platforms, payment systems, or order management systems.
- Familiarity with the travel industry (OTA, GDS) or API integrations with external providers.
