Mô tả công việc

  • Liaise with the development team and business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan and monitor the implementation progress of features and change requests according to the approved priority order.
  • Create and manage tickets (Feature, User Story/Use Case, Issue/Bug) to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Clarify and consolidate change requirements and implementation scope from relevant business units.
  • Collaborate closely with development, operations, and design teams to build prototypes and deploy solutions effectively.
  • Organize backlog grooming and requirement review meetings to present and discuss changes with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with the development team to estimate and confirm project implementation timelines.
  • Support requirement clarification during development to address any newly raised issues or unclear points.
  • Participate in and support SIT and UAT testing processes.
  • Prepare, collect, and verify documentation related to the software development lifecycle, including BRD/CR, UAT Sign-off, and Production Deployment forms.
  • Maintain and manage Business Analysis documentation (e.g., Business Requirement Specification, Technical Requirement Specification) on the internal storage system.
  • Prepare and complete required Business Analysis reports. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree with good academic standing.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Basic knowledge about some Programming languages and Database SQL.
  • Proficient in office computer skills, especially excel, word, powerpoint.
  • Domain knowledge of Banking or Finance (Credit Card, Installment, Insurance and Cashloan) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Bizagi, Confluence.
  • Professional certifications, such as CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis), are preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking, Finance, or FinTech industry.
  • Proven track record in product development using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of database design, query optimization, and data management.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying RESTful APIs.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with change management and performance evaluation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
