Picky Pickers Vietnam is a distributor of trusted Korean Health & Beauty brands in Vietnam.

We work directly with Korean manufacturers and manage product registration, logistics, and distribution.

We are expanding our presence in the Mom & Baby retail sector, focusing on building long-term partnerships with local stores and bringing high-quality Korean products to Vietnamese families.



Job Description

1. Offline Sales Development

• Approach mom & baby shops, baby product retailers, and maternity-related stores

• Introduce product lines and explain key selling points

• Negotiate commercial terms and present quotations

• Report weekly sales activities and new partner development

2. Store Support & Basic Merchandising

• Propose suitable in-store activities such as sampling or product introduction

• Visit stores to check display condition and ensure product visibility

• Support simple store activities when required (introductions, small events, workshops)

• Collect store feedback and share insights with the team

3. Account Management

• Maintain communication with existing retail partners

• Support queries related to products, stock availability, or order placement

• Track store needs and customer reactions

• Provide regular updates to the manager

Yêu cầu

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales in the Mom & Baby sector is strongly preferred

• Good communication and relationship-building skills

• Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude

• Comfortable visiting stores and meeting partners in person

• Able to manage basic sales reports and follow up consistently

• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

• Negotiable (expected base range: 10,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND/month) + incentive
