We are looking for B2B Inbound Sales candidates working at Asianway Travel Offices at:

Hanoi Office: Unit 311, HEI Tower, No. 1 Ngụy Như Kom Tum, Hà Nội

HCMC Office: Unit 0613, Masteri Millenium Building, No.132 Ben Van Don Street, HCMC

Job Description:

- Full-time B2B Inbound Tour Sales agents

- Develop tour itinerary and quotation for both individual and series packages

- Build a product portfolio

- B2B Customer support

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Portfolio Management: Manage and engage with both B2B clients, ensuring all their travel needs are met.

• Tailor-Made Itineraries: Create personalized tour itineraries for English speaking markets.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with international agencies and vendors to ensure smooth operations and solve any client issues.

• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.

• Other Tasks: Additional duties will be discussed during the interview.

Yêu cầu

• Minimum 2 years experience at Inbound tour company (Sales /Ops)

• Vietnamese only

• Under 40 years old

• Minimum 2 year of experience in B2B or B2C inbound tour sales

• Strong command of English, excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and over time

• Honest, proactive, enthusiastic, and hard working

• Experience in Vietnam/Indochina travel & destinations.
