Mô tả công việc

1. Strategic & Executive Support

  • Support BOD in formulating and implementing strategic plans, monitoring key business indicators, and preparing executive reports.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and provide input for decision-making.
  • Follow up on key actions assigned by BOD to ensure timely completion.

2. Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Act as a central liaison between departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Medical...) to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Monitor cross-functional projects and ensure they meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Identify potential gaps in collaboration and propose improvement measures.

3. AOP & Budget Control

  • Represent the BOD in working with department heads and managers regarding Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
  • Consolidate departmental plans, monitor execution progress, and prepare reports for the BOD.
  • Act as the focal point for interdepartmental coordination to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Support the BOD in tracking and controlling operational budgets, purchases, and cost optimization.

4. Sales & Marketing Insight

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to track performance, assess ROI, and propose action plans.
  • Provide analytical insights to support product development, market expansion, and customer experience improvement.
  • Support event coordination and client engagement activities when required.

5. Leadership & Communication

  • Lead and guide junior assistants or assigned project teams under BOD supervision.
  • Ensure consistency in communication between BOD and all departments.
  • Maintain a professional and motivational environment within the executive office.

6. External Relations & Representation

  • Represent BOD in external meetings, communications, and negotiations when delegated.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive communications with discretion.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or Sales/Marketing Coordinator.
  • Priority for candidates with background in Healthcare, Aesthetics, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Excellent English communication (both written & verbal).
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and coordination ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
