Mô tả công việc
- Support the Board of Directors in daily operations, strategic initiatives, and business development
- Coordinate meetings, manage executive calendars, and prepare documents and reports
- Represent leadership in meetings with external stakeholders and partners
- Follow up and track the progress of key tasks across multiple internal teams
- Proactively support departments to meet timelines and escalate issues or delays promptly to the CEO/Board
- Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely delivery of commitments
- Provide real-time updates to the leadership team on potential risks or deviations
- Conduct market research and prepare presentations as needed
- Be flexible and available to support urgent needs outside standard working hours when necessary
- Prepare yourself to grow into leadership roles, either in-house or across subsidiaries
Yêu cầu
- Strong experience in the Business/Finance field or in a similar role, ideally involving products with complex logic or workflows
- Age range preferred: 26–30 (outstanding talent will be considered regardless of age)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and strong communication abilities
- Strong business mindset, logical and analytical thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams
- Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure and in high-performance environments (hardcore mindset)
- Flexible with working hours, open to supporting after-hours tasks when needed
- Strong sense of ownership and a long-term vision to evolve into leadership (department head, subsidiary director, or C-level)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
